Warranty Policy

At HANNIE, we take pride in offering high-quality products that you can rely on. To ensure peace of mind with every purchase, we provide a 2-year warranty for products purchased from our official website, hannie.com, for customers in the EU region.
This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU consumer protection laws. You may have additional rights, depending on your country of residence within the EU. This policy does not affect those rights.

1. Warranty Coverage

The HANNIE Warranty applies under the following conditions:

  • Normal use.
  • The product has only been used for its intended purpose.
  • The product has undergone regular maintenance as described in the user manual.
  • If the warranty is invoked, the original dated purchase receipt must be presented. This also apploes to second-hand owners or individuals who have taken over the product. The product must be presented in its original condition, and any parts used must have been supplied by HANNIE and intended for use as part of or in conjunction with the product. Any deviations require prior written consent from HANNIE.

The HANNIE Warranty does not cover the following:

  • Issues caused by normal changes in product parts (e.g., colour changes and wear). Issues caused by minor material deviations (e.g., colour differences between parts). Issued caused by extreme external factors, such as sun/light exposure, temperature, humidity, environmental pollution, etc. Damage caused by accidents, such as another object colliding with the products or the product being tipped over. The same applies if the product has been overloaded, for example, exceeding the weight capacity of the product.
  • Damage to the product resulting from external impact, such as when the product is transported as luggage.
  • Consequential damages, e.g., damage to persons and/or other objects.
  • If accessories not supplied by HANNIE have been used on or together with the product, the warranty does not apply.

2. Warranty Period

  • The warranty period is 2 years from the date of purchase.
  • The warranty is also valid for the second-hand holder if the original receipt can be presented.

3. Warranty Claims Process

Once we confirm that your product is defective, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • Repair: We will repair the product at no additional cost.
  • Replacement: If repair is not possible, we will send you a replacement product of the same type and model.
  • Discount: We may offer a discount on future purchases.
  • Refund: If neither repair nor replacement is feasible, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product is defective and qualifies for a warranty claim, please follow the steps below:

  • Contact Customer Support:
    Reach out to us at support@hannie.com within the 2-year warranty period. Please include:

    • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
    • A detailed description of the issue with the product
    • Photos of the product (if applicable) to help us assess the defect

  • Return the Product:
    If your warranty claim is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product.

  • Inspection:
    Once we receive the product, we will inspect it to confirm whether the defect is covered by the warranty. If the product is found to be defective, we will proceed with a solution, which may include repair, replacement, or a refund, depending on the nature of the defect.
