Please note that Hannie does not offer free returns, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The cost of the return will be deducted from your original purchase price.
If an item is damaged during transport, please contact Hannie within 30 days of receipt to arrange an exchange. Please be aware that Hannie is not responsible for any returns that are lost in transit.
